About us

In Kinyarwanda, humura means “take heart, be reassured.” It is the promise we make to families — and the standard we hold ourselves to.

Born on the hills of Ngoma

HUMURA is a Rwandan NGO for integrated rural development, registered in Ngoma. Self-reliance is not aid received but a root cultivated: every programme is designed with communities and handed over to them.
